In their latest project „The Battle“ they are reviving the tradition of saxophone battles. Prominent examples of these cutting contests would be Dexter Gordon/Wardell Gray or Gene Ammons/Sonny Stitt. Special guest Mike LeDonne is regarded as one of the leading pianists and organists in the jazz world. His versatile and swinging style has led him to engagements with Benny Goodman, Sonny Rollins, Benny Golson and Milt Jackson.
